By submitting your information on this website, you are providing your prior express written consent to receive telephone calls (including artificial or pre-recorded voice messages and calls made using automatic telephone dialing systems) and text messages (SMS/MMS) from My College Wellness, Alonzo Media, and their marketing partners and affiliated schools at the telephone number you provided, including any wireless number. You understand that:
- These calls and texts may be for marketing purposes related to educational opportunities.
- Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.
- Message frequency varies based on your engagement and may be up to 10 messages per month.
- Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- You may receive calls even if your number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call registry.
- Calls and texts may be generated using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or artificial/pre-recorded voice technology.
How to Opt-Out of Communications
To stop receiving text messages: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
To stop receiving phone calls: Request to be placed on our internal Do-Not-Call list during any call, or email us at admin@mycollegewellness.com with "Do Not Call" in the subject line.

- Consent records (TCPA/TrustedForm): Minimum 5 years for compliance purposes
